Usage Policy

These Usage Policies explain how to use Regunow for lawful regulatory research, professional work, and related business analysis. They apply to the workspace, API, uploaded content, generated output, and account features.

These rules apply whether you act for yourself, an employer, or a client. They supplement the Terms of Service. Lawful work in a regulated industry is welcome, including research into restrictions, safety obligations, and approval procedures.

Use source references to investigate requirements and support review. Do not fabricate evidence, falsify certificates or test results, conceal a known compliance issue, impersonate a regulator, or claim that generated output constitutes an official approval.

Regulated industries may research their lawful obligations, including safety and approval requirements. A topic being regulated does not itself make it prohibited. The purpose and likely effects of the requested assistance matter.

Do not use Regunow to facilitate violence, exploitation, fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, self-harm encouragement, malicious cyber activity, illegal surveillance, weapons development intended to harm people, or other illegal or harmful conduct. Do not seek instructions intended to bypass safety protections or hide unlawful activity.

Where a decision legally requires a qualified professional, use an appropriately qualified person. Regunow’s research and generated material do not create a professional license or replace legally required review.

Regunow supports research and preparation. Review material conclusions before using them in submissions, safety procedures, product decisions, professional advice, or communications to customers and authorities. Check that the jurisdiction, relevant dates, product characteristics, and operating circumstances match your situation.

Do not present Regunow as a regulator, a certification body, or a licensed professional. Do not rely on generated material as the sole basis for a decision that could materially affect a person’s health, safety, legal rights, or access to employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, or other essential opportunities or services. Use the qualified review, notice, explanation, testing, and appeal safeguards required for the decision.

Do not use Regunow for prohibited social scoring, unlawful biometric categorization or emotion recognition, unlawful profiling, or predictive law-enforcement decisions. Lawful compliance research about these technologies remains permitted when it does not operate or facilitate the prohibited practice.

Only submit documents, personal data, client information, and confidential material you are authorized to use and share with the service. Respect contractual confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, trade restrictions, and applicable data-protection requirements.

Do not use another person’s credentials, disclose secrets in prompts unnecessarily, collect personal data unlawfully, or use generated content to impersonate a person or misrepresent their consent.

Do not use generated text, images, translations, or reports to deceive people about their source, impersonate a real person, create a misleading deepfake, or falsely suggest that a human expert or authority prepared or approved the material.

Keep and provide any disclosure, provenance information, or machine-readable marking required by applicable law. Do not remove or conceal a notice or technical marking when doing so would mislead people or violate a legal transparency obligation.

Regulatory research may refer to laws, guidance, standards, and other publications with different rights and licensing conditions. Access to a source reference does not authorize reproduction or redistribution of an entire publication. Respect copyright, database rights, licenses, and access restrictions when using, exporting, or sharing material.

Do not use Regunow to reproduce protected publications you are not entitled to access, remove ownership notices, or present another person’s work as your own. If you report an intellectual-property concern, identify the material, the rights involved, and enough information for us to investigate.

Do not bypass authentication, ownership checks, safety controls, credit limits, or payment requirements. Do not probe other users’ data, distribute malicious files, obtain credentials through deception, perform unauthorized security testing, disrupt the service, or automate abusive request volumes.

Do not scrape or systematically extract the service, create accounts through unauthorized automation, evade rate or usage limits, extract models or system instructions, use outputs to train a competing service, or publish misleading benchmarks about Regunow. Authorized interoperability, security research, or evaluation requires our written permission unless applicable law provides a right that cannot be restricted.

Keep API keys private and use them only within the access granted to your account. Do not share one individual subscription among multiple people or resell access without a separate agreement.

Report suspected security issues, inaccurate material, abuse, or billing concerns through the contact page or in-product support. Provide enough context for investigation without unnecessarily including another person’s personal or confidential data.

We may investigate misuse and restrict or suspend access when needed to protect users, maintain security, or comply with law. You may contact us to request review of a restriction. We will consider the circumstances and the requirements of applicable law.

Responses may include a warning, limits on a feature, removal of violating material, suspension, or termination, depending on the seriousness, recurrence, and risks involved. We may preserve relevant records where necessary and permitted to investigate abuse, protect the service, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we explain the action and how to request review. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice.
