2. Necessary cookies and requested preferences
The entries below support authentication, security, consent choices, and preferences you request. Some are created only when you use the corresponding feature. Session validity may end before a cookie's maximum lifetime. Your browser can also clear or block these values, which may sign you out or reset preferences.
Sessions require sign-in again after 30 days, or after 7 days without a session refresh. These limits are checked when the session refreshes; an existing access token may remain valid for up to one additional hour.

3. Local and session storage
These values stay in your browser and support workspace behavior. They are not sent as event properties to product insights. Account-specific entries are used only for the corresponding account. You can remove them through your browser's site-data controls. Older versions of Regunow may leave legacy preference keys until those values are cleared or migrated.

4. Optional product analytics
Optional product analytics is disabled on this site. The storage described below is not created while it remains disabled.
When enabled and accepted, product insights measure visits and selected features, jurisdictions, models, and settings. The service receives browser and device information and the network information involved in delivering these measurements. The information helps us improve the product and is not used for advertising.
We do not send prompts, answers, document contents, filenames, conversation titles, email addresses, account identifiers, or API keys as analytics event properties. Page addresses are reduced to approved page categories, without query strings, fragments, or conversation identifiers. Advertising features and personalized signals are disabled.
We use a basic consent approach: the product insights service is not initialized before permission, and we do not send analytics events when you decline. Session replay, autocapture, feature flags, and person profiles are disabled in this integration.

5. Your choices
To review your choice, use in the workspace Help menu. You can reject optional analytics, allow it when available, or change your selection later. Both acceptance and refusal are remembered for 180 days in this browser. After expiry, we ask again before restarting optional analytics.
Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection from this browser and clears the accessible product insights persistence created on the Regunow host. It does not automatically erase measurements already received by the service. For a request concerning previously collected personal data, use the contact route in our Privacy Policy.
We keep optional analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Your choice applies to this browser, not automatically to every browser or device you use. Necessary authentication and security functions continue regardless of your analytics choice.
6. Payments and further information
Stripe and Link host checkout, payment and order-management pages. Their privacy and cookie notices cover storage on those pages. Regunow does not embed card-entry fields in the workspace.
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, retention, rights, and the contact route. This inventory will be updated when the underlying technology changes.
